A unique villa of three levels, extremely comfortable, very private yet only a few minutes walk to a sandy beach.The villa built in traditional island style in a fantastic position close to the sea and with far-reaching views across the sea to the island of Paros.Only a few minutes walk to a sand beach facing north to the harbor of Antiparos.Interior DescriptionEntering the ground flour there is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fireplace and with big comfortable sofas and chairs and delightful furniture. On the east side of the same flour there is a very pretty double bedroom and a bathroom with full shower. Double doors lead to the terrace with wonderful views to the sea.On the upper flour there is an open plan double bedroom, with bathroom. This also leads out on to its own terrace with sea views. This is an extremely cool and airy house, designed to catch the sea breezes and keep the house cool even in the hottest months.At the lower flour there is a marble floored courtyard with arches on either side, one leading to a spacious dinning area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with full shower.Exterior DescriptionThe whole property is tastefully furnished and stylishly decorated and has an amazing outlook and atmosphere creating the most fabulous environment for a very unique holiday.Walled terraces, external furniture and wide open spaces with fantastic sea views. There is easy access to beach and sea and parking availability immediately in front of the house.The spacious terraces wrap around the entire house, forming courtyards which are left open to enjoy the magnificent uninterrupted views over the countryside to the sea and the island of Paros. Stairs lead from this terrace up to a roof terrace.There is a path leading straight from the house to the beach below, which is sandy and there are trees for shade. Fantastic bay and beach with wonderful swimming areas offers a jetty for mooring boats.ServiceLinen, domestic and beach towels provided. Maid service available, offering change of linen and towels twice a week.Map descriptionThis intact rural area is only about 10 minutes drive or about 9kms from the delightful harbor and small town of Antiparos with its Kastro.This small and extremely picturesque town is fun and lively in high season and has a very attractive waterfront harbor, taverns, bars, small supermarkets and grocers, little boutiques and a couple of nightclubs. The town has a lovely sandy beach within a few minutes walk from where the sunsets are wonderful.There are a number of lovely deserted beaches around the island, which are mainly sandy and some which are only accessible by boat, as well as many tiny, uninhabited islands.A small car ferry travels between Paros and Antiparos very frequently and every day so visits to Paros are easy and very worthwhile. By small boat from the town of Parikia which takes about 30 mins or by ferry from Pounda, taking about 15 mins to the island of Antiparos.The flight from Athens to Paros takes about 40 minutes, and the Hi-Speed catamaran, takes about 3 ½ hours from Piraeus and about the same time from Rafina.
