These well maintained, pleasantly sited spacious apartments are right by the sandy beach at Sfakaki, set within large grounds (6500 sqm), 11 km to the east of Rethymno. They are recently built to a high standard with modern furniture and fittings. They are ideal for families with children as the beach area is not only alongside the property but is also safe. Sun beds and umbrellas are available in pool area free - on the beach at an extra charge. Facilities include a swimming ÑïoÉ (95 sqm), reception with satellite TV, home cinema, video games, internet, snack bar and a children' s playground. There are four types of accommodation:Á: 2 studios, of 40 sqm, for 2-3 people, with a bed/living room with a double bed, satellite TV, air-condition, safe, hair drier, kitchenette, shower/wc and balcony, with sea views. These studios are particularly suitable for the disabled.Â: Fourteen apartments, of 40-45 sqm, for 2-4 people, (some of which have the entrance from the balcony), with one bedroom with a double bed, living room with two beds, satellite TV, air-condition, safe, hair drier, kitchenette, shower/wc and 2 ba1conies, with sea views.Â1: Three apartments, of 45-50 sqm, for 3-5 people, as in type Â, and with three beds in the living room, satellite TV, air-condition, safe, hair drier.Â2: Seven apartments, of 50-60 sqm, for 4-6 people, as in type Â, and with four beds in the living room, Satellite TV, air-condition, safe, hair drier.C: One flat of 80 sqm for 4-7 people, with living/dining room with 3 beds, satellite TV, air-condition, safe, hair drier, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms one with tube, the other with shower/wc and three ba1conies with sea views and one large terrace of 80 sqm sea view.Breakfast included can be arranged at an extra charge and upon request.2 parkings are available. The apartments are cleaned three times a week, towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week.
