Our intention is to persuade you about having memorable holidays. Our holiday resort:Aris Villas is located within a land of 3 acres full of olive trees. We have to do with one group of 4 buildings that have gorgeous Ionian Sea view. They are situated 80 metres away from the nearest beach. Moreover, they obtain wonderful surrounding gardens and a useful parking. The resort includes 8 individual apartments and 4 maisonettes. All the above have television, air-conditioning, bathroom, kitchen, balconies whereas in the outside scenery marble prevails and the gardens are covered by pergolas which provide shade for the hot summer days.Maisonettes:From the overall twelve apartments four are maisonettes suitable for two to five persons. They are on the first floor of each building. They have a bedroom with two attached single beds and a beautiful attic with two extra beds. This type of apartment provides a separate kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom as well as television, air-conditioning, kitchen, fridge and a big veranda of 25 m2 with extraordinary sea view.The apartments:The family apartments can accommodate 2-4 persons. Each apartment is comprised of a separate bedroom with two single beds which can turn into a double bed if attached, a separate kitchen - living room, a double or two single sofa beds if there are two children involved, a bathroom as well as television, air-conditioning and a big veranda with beautiful sea view. For each individual apartment there are free places to leave your car or boat.The gardens:The resort ''Aris Villas'' is built within an olive tree land of 3 acres, part of which is covered with a bunch of plants, rose trees and vineyard trees. It is the perfect refuge for those wishing to relax in the morning or enjoy their coffee either in the morning or the afternoon.Aris Villas is suitable for families and all visitors who prefer peaceful holidays in the island of Lefkas having at the same time the possibility to visit through their car all the beautiful places of the island as well as the fantastic beaches such as Porto Katsiki and Kathisma. Furthermore, the access to the nearby small islands such as Scorpios of Onasis is easy through maritime boats. Additionally, Aris Villas distinguishes for its spacious balconies with beautiful Ionian Sea view and the Aitoloakarnanian coasts, magnificent gardens and parking facilities.Cleaning is daily done, sheets and towels are changed every three days.
